Safe Haven Community CIC

Safe Haven Community is a Community Interest Company (CIC) committed to improving the mental well-being of our local residents. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including:

• Psycho-education: Empowering individuals with knowledge and understanding of mental health.
• Training: Equipping individuals and professionals with skills to support mental well-being.
• Therapy: Offering individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns.

In collaboration with Hayswood Equestrian, we also offer 'Making a Difference' equine therapy and psychotherapy combined to provide a powerful therapeutic approach that utilises interactions with horses to promote emotional growth and healing for individuals experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, neurodiversity, PTSD, or trauma.
